At 25:10 in the first half Josh Collier surprised Richmond as the Red Devil players were setting up for a direct kick defense after a Richmond foul. Coach Holden: “I am proud of the defensive effort from this weekend against both Center Grove and Richmond opponents. Our offense got better as the day went on and we found the net twice against Richmond. Plenty of times we were on the offensive attack against Richmond but the Richmond defense kept us from getting a shot on target. Offensive player of the weekend is Aaron McCrocklin for his game winning goal in the second half of the Richmond game. Defensive player of the weekend is Matt Brown for his play at right back”.
