Arabians Dominate Mt. Vernon

 

The freshman football team improved their record to 4-1 last night with a victory over Mt. Vernon 41-6.  There were six scores on the night one by Cody Altherr and five by Jonathan Furrow.  Logan Wise and Jacob Brown added a two point conversion.  Also, Luke Randolph kicked an extra point.  The entire Arabian defense played well holding the Marauders to 6 points.  The team will face Jay County next Monday night.

Arabian Golfers Finish 6th in Sectionals

 

Pendleton Heights placed 6th Saturday in the girls golf sectional with a team score of 397. Leading the way for the Arabians and advancing to Regionals next weekend was Lauren Patishall with a 79. She placed third overall. Other scores were Ashleigh Wise 91, Abby Wright 109, Micah Perry 118, and Haley Brown 120.

PH Places 2nd at Yorktown Invite

 

The Lady Arabians placed 2nd at the Yorktown Invitational out of 14 teams. Leading the Lady Arabians was freshman sensation, Emma Manchess placing 15th overall.

LADY SPIKERS DROP 3 STRAIGHT TO NEW PAL

 

The volleyball team was unable to slay the Dragons of New Pal. last night as we lost in 3 sets. Shelby Sloan had 8 kills and 3 blocks. Abby Haffner 4 kills and 3 blocks. Aubrey Laird contributed 11 digs to the cause. Olivia Mitchell served up 2 aces.


The Arabians travel to Lafayete this weekend for the Lafayete Jefferson Invitational.

PH Golfers Lose at Noblesville

 

Pendleton girls golf lost to Noblesville last night 177-203. Low golfer for Pendleton was Lauren Patishall who shot 44. Sectionals are Saturday in Anderson.

Arabians Beat Cougars for 12th Win of Season

 

The Arabian tennis team won it’s twelth match of the season last night


defeating Greenfield Central 4-1. All three singles players, Matt Tran,


Graham McMullen, and Brandon Hart won without giving up a game.


The Arabians are now 12-1 and play a home match with Lapel today at


4:30pm.

ARABIANS DEFEAT CONNERSVILLE

 

The Arabian volleyball team culminated a long night in Connersville with a 3 set win. Becca Hales led the charge with 19 digs and 2 aces. Aubrey Laird recorded 15 service points and 2 aces. Megan Criswell accounted for 11 kills and 3 aces. Abbie Haffner and Shelby Sloan combined for 6 blocks.


The Arabians host New Pal. tomorrow night at 5:30pm. C’mon out support the team, get free stuff and hear Olivia Mitchell sing the National Anthem.

Despite outstanding play by Merryman and Nyboer, the boys varsity soccer team fell to Yorktown.  The Junior Varsity team also lost in a close game.

Arabians Prevail in HHC Match-Up

 The Lady Arabian Soccer Team was victorious last night in a Hoosier Heritage Conference match-up with the Yorktown Tigers.  Erica Manchess and Meghan Wiles each scored a goal in the contest.   The JV squad finished their game in a 3-3 tie.
